A certified judge is someone who has trained under a level 2+ judge for a while and has passed at least the level 1 judge test. (It's a proctored paper exam)

For normal tournaments like FNMs, Pre-Releases, Releases and Regular magic events, any person can judge. (Preferably someone with a thorough rules knowledge) But for bigger tournaments, a certified judge (Like Rob Johnson, Edwin, Duncan McGregor, etc.) is needed.

I will be taking one of my vehicles up to Sudbury for this event.

Just found out this morning that I need 20 points to get to 1950 and I only get 1 point per match, and lose 7 per match. How awesome is that?

So, I will have some room in my vehicle - gas prices will depend on the vehicle I take and the prices at the time.
